内容简介
One day when I was watering the flowers on my balcony, I saw a snail in a flower-pot. The little snail crawled slowly with shell on his back. The shell was his house. Then I thought: the house of the snail was so small; what would it be like if he had a guest? I thought about it over and over until I came up with the story "A House that Holds Us All". Actually this is how most of my stories are written, or rather, imagined. It takes imagination to write children's stories and imagination is a quality that can be cultivated. Next time when you see a snail, an ant, a cricket, or anything interesting, you may have a go with your imagination and maybe you will also come up with a story.
